Thank you for shopping with AVELA STUDIO.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

We currently ship orders within India and to selected international destinations, including the United States.

India: Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.

United States: Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

India: Free shipping is available on eligible orders/promotional offers.

United States & International: Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for orders delivered within India.

All international orders, including orders shipped to the United States, must be paid in full online at checkout.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.

Any such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available).

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
